CAY VII INC and HER Seat at the Table were founded with a shared mission: to reimagine how we lead, collaborate, and grow. What began as a boutique consultancy has evolved into a national movement and transformational community. A safe, powerful space where women leaders own their stories, embrace their power, and show up as the incredible leaders they are. Headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario, we serve the Greater Toronto Area for in-person engagements, while also travelling across Canada and the U.S. for industry events. Our virtual and consulting services extend globally, ensuring clients everywhere can access the tools, connections, and experiences we create.
